Do you offer hair and makeup trials?

Yes! Bridal trials are highly recommended and are conducted at our salon. A trial allows us to:

• Discuss and perfect your desired bridal look

• Test different styles and adjust based on your preferences

• Ensure longevity and comfort throughout your wedding day

What should I bring to my bridal trial?

To make the most of your trial, we recommend bringing:

✔️ Inspiration photos of hairstyles and makeup looks you love

✔️ Your veil, hair accessories, or clip-in extensions (if applicable)

✔️ A clean, makeup-free face and dry, clean hair

✔️ Photos of your wedding dress and overall bridal aesthetic for reference

How should I prepare for hair and makeup on the wedding day?

To ensure the best results:

• Hair: Arrive with clean, dry hair. Avoid heavy conditioners, oils, or leave-in treatments that could affect styling.

• Makeup: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Avoid applying SPF, as it can cause flashback in photos.

• Attire: Wear a button-up shirt or robe to avoid disturbing your hair and makeup when changing into your dress.

How long does hair and makeup take on the wedding day?

• Bridal hair & makeup: 1-2.5 hours

• Bridesmaids & wedding party members: 30-45 minutes per service

A customized timeline will be created to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.

What happens if someone in my bridal party is late?

Punctuality is crucial to keeping the schedule on track. If a bridal party member is late, we will accommodate them as best as possible within the remaining time. However, their service may need to be adjusted or forfeited if it impacts the overall timeline.

Do you offer touch-up services throughout the day?

Touch-up services are available upon request for an additional fee. This can include:

✔️ Lipstick refreshes

✔️ Securing stray hairs or smoothing flyaways

✔️ Transitioning into a second bridal look for the reception

We use high-quality, professional-grade makeup products that ensure longevity and a flawless finish in both natural light and professional photography. Specific product brands vary, but we always prioritize performance, comfort, and skin compatibility.

Can you accommodate allergies or sensitive skin?

Yes! If you have allergies or specific skin concerns, please inform us in advance so we can tailor our product selection accordingly. If you have particular products you prefer, feel free to bring them.

We bring everything we need on location with us in professional and buttoned up cases. We need outlets and chairs and a spot by the window. Nothing else. Let your nerves be at rest, let us make you beautiful and enjoy your day to the fullest.

All wedding prices are based on a package price that includes travel fees, in salon trials and endless email support. Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book my wedding hair and makeup services?

We recommend securing your wedding hair and makeup services as early as possible, ideally 6 to 12 months in advance. Our schedule fills up quickly, particularly during peak wedding season, so early booking ensures availability on your desired date. Planning a last minute wedding? We encourage you to inquire as we still may be able to accomodate you!

Do you require a deposit to secure my wedding date?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your wedding date. This deposit is applied toward your final balance. Your date is not considered booked until the deposit has been received.

How do I book my wedding hair and makeup services?

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. While deposits are non-refundable, we may be able to apply your deposit toward a rescheduled date, depending on availability. Please notify us as soon as possible if changes arise.

Why does bridal hair cost more than bridesmaid hair?

Bridal hairstyling requires extra time, precision, and expertise to create a customized, long-lasting look that holds up throughout your wedding day. The bridal service also includes a trial session, veil or accessory placement, and additional time for refinements, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Do you offer group discounts?

We do not offer group discounts.

Can I book hair or makeup services individually, or do I have to book both?

You are welcome to book only hair, only makeup, or both, based on your needs. Our services are flexible and tailored to fit your vision.

Do you offer airbrush makeup?

No, we do not offer airbrush makeup. We exclusively use high-quality, traditional makeup that provides a long-lasting, flawless finish suitable for all skin types.
